Standard Grade Vs Enterprise Grade
SAPVISTA offers two hardware types for HANA servers: Standard Grade and Enterprise Grade, tailored for different business needs.
SAPVISTA's SAP HANA Private Cloud (On-Premise) Deployment utilizes dedicated hardware to maximize performance. As an in-memory database, SAP HANA processes the majority of its data in memory, requiring HANA Certified Hardware to fully leverage its capabilities.

At SAPVISTA, we utilize the SAP Quick Sizer tool to determine the necessary configurations, including CPU (Sizing for queries and calculations), Disk (Sizing for persistent storage), and RAM (Sizing for both static and dynamic data). This approach is compatible with both Intel and AMD-based hardware platforms. Our setup follows a scale-up (single-host) architecture, ideal for single-server configurations in environments like SAP BW powered by SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. We employ the SUSE (SLES) Linux operating system to ensure all SAP HANA requirements are met, allowing for a hassle-free start.
